These terms and conditions apply to the My Life Feed app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by My Life Feed (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.
Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider’s responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
There is certain content we can’t allow on My Life Feed.
We have outlined what content and conduct is accepted on and off our App. You agree to comply with this, as may be updated from time to time.
We want our users to be able express themselves as much as possible on My Life Feed, but we have to impose restrictions on certain content which:

is illegal or encourages, promotes or incites any illegal activity;

is harmful to minors;

is defamatory or libelous;
-
itself, or the posting of which, infringes any third party’s rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);

shows another person which was created or distributed without that person’s consent;

contains language or imagery which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
-
is obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity;
-
is abusive, insulting or threatening, discriminatory or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry;
-
relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers);
-
involves the transmission of “junk” mail or “spam”;
-
impersonates or intends to deceive or manipulate a person (including, without limitation, scams and inauthentic behavior);
-
contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from My Life Feed or otherwise; or

in any other way violates our Community Guidelines.
Restrictions On The App
You agree to:

comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, equal opportunity laws and regulatory requirements;

use your real name and real age in creating your My Life Feed account and on your profile; and
-
use the services in a safe, inclusive and respectful manner.
You agree that you will not:
-
act in an unlawful or disrespectful manner including being dishonest, abusive or discriminatory;

misrepresent your identity, your age, your current or previous positions, qualifications or affiliations with a person or entity;
-
disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose;
-
stalk or harass any other user of the App;
-
use the App in any deceptive, inauthentic or manipulative way, including engaging in conduct or distributing content relating to scams, spam, inauthentic profiles or commercial and promotional activity;
-
submit appeals, reports, notices or complaints that are manifestly unfounded; or;
-
develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots, other types of mobile code or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-on or other technology) to scrape or otherwise exfiltrate from My Life Feed or its services, or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the services.

No criminal record check or identity verification
My Life Feed does not conduct criminal record checks or identity verification of its users. While My Life Feed strives to create a respectful user experience, My Life Feed is not responsible for any user’s behavior on or off the service. Use your best judgment when interacting with others and read our safety tips. You acknowledge that My Life Feed does not conduct criminal record checks or identity verification of its users or otherwise investigate users’ backgrounds. My Life Feed makes no representations or warranties regarding users’ behavior, identity, health, physical condition, intentions, legitimacy, or truthfulness. My Life Feed reserves the right to conduct, and you grant My Life Feed permission to conduct, criminal record checks or other screenings (such as searches of sex offender registries) at any time using available public records, and you agree that any information you provide may be used for this purpose. If the company decides to conduct a screening through a consumer reporting agency, you hereby authorize the company to obtain and use a consumer report about you to determine your eligibility under these terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We cannot and do not guarantee your safety. We are not a substitute for following our safety tips and other logical safety measures. Always use your best judgment and take appropriate safety precautions when communicating or meeting new people. Communication received via the service, including automatic messages sent by My Life Feed, may result from users using the service for inappropriate purposes, including fraud, abuse, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior.. While My Life Feed strives to create a respectful user experience, My Life Feed is not responsible for any user’s behavior on or off the service. You agree to exercise caution in all your interactions with other users, especially if you decide to communicate outside the service or meet in person.
ONLINE SAFETY
Never Send Money or Share Financial Information Never send money, especially via wire transfer, even if the person claims to be in an emergency. Transferring money is like sending cash — it’s nearly impossible to reverse the transaction or trace where the money was sent. Never share information that could be used to access your financial accounts.
Report All Suspicious and Offensive Behavior You know when someone has crossed the line, and when they do, we want to hear about it. Block and report anyone who violates our terms. Here are some examples of violations:

Requests for money or donations

Harassment, threats, and offensive messages

Inappropriate or harmful behavior during or after meeting in person

Fraudulent profiles

Spam or solicitations, including links to commercial websites or attempts to sell products or services

Creating events that go against our user guidelines
